NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grandville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Grandville City Hall Building, 3195 Wilson Ave., Grandville, MI to receive public comment on a proposed Residential Planned Unit Development (Alderwood PUD Site Plan) at 3560 Ivanrest. The developer, Allen Edwin Home, of Portage, MI, proposes to construct 81 single family units on the 38.5 acres of property which is zoned single family.
Written comments can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the City Clerk at 3195 Wilson Ave., Grandville, MI 49418. All written comments must be received prior to the date of hearing.
