LOCATION: VIRTUAL MEETINGNOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETINGDue to Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order to avoid unneeded personal contact and to otherwise minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus during the pandemic, and in accordance with Executive Order 2020-154 allowing electronic meetings, the regular Grandville City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, November 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., will be made available electronically
The electronic public meeting will be held as a video/telephone conference, although some or all Council members are expected to meet in person in the City Hall Council Chambers. The public may participate in the electronic public meetings as follows:

ATTEND IN PERSON
Public seating is very limited and subject to capacity restrictions. Remote participation is strongly encouraged. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, visitors to City Hall are required to follow safety protocols

PUBLIC COMMENTThose wishing to comment on agenda items or to raise other issues to the City Council may send written comments by e-mail, voice messages by phone, or online during the meeting. All written comments and all voice messages will be provided in full to all City Council Members.

In Person - At City Council Meeting or visit City Hall anytime during normal business hours. The lobby is limited to 10 or less people at one time. Staff will be practicing social distancing requirements along with wearing face masks or face coverings in public area
