Planning Commission

PLANNING COMMISSION is responsible for developing and adopting a Master Plan for land use within the City of Grandville, reviewing development and subdivision proposals, and making recommendations to the City Council on zoning matters.

The Planning Commission was established in accordance with Michigan State Law, Public Act No. 285 of 1931 and the City Charter. For more information about proposal types that should be heard by the Planning Commission, click here: Community Development

Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM at City Hall. For a current meeting schedule, click here.
