All fines and costs assessed by the Judge in your case are scheduled to be paid at sentencing or in some select cases within 30 days of your sentence date.
Payment of all court fines and costs are to be made at the 59th District Court Clerk's Office in Grandville or Walker – depending on where your offense occurred.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Court only accepts payments made by cash, money order, cashier checks or credit cards. See Court Overview for link on how to make credit card payments.
Please include your name and case number on the money order or cashier check.
If you believe that you will not be able to pay your fines and costs off in full within 30 days or sentence, you may discuss this matter with your Probation Officer.
This does not mean that a payment plan will be approved! You may be required to show proof of income and expenses in order to justify such a request. All payment plans are subject to approval by the Judge.
