Following several fatal house fires in
surrounding communities the Grandville Fire Department in
conjunction with area business and media outlets distributed over 75
free smoke detectors to residents in need.
We regret that we no longer have free smoke detectors
available. If your home
is in need of a smoke detector, they can be purchased for under $10
at most home improvement and hardware centers.
