Downtown Development Authority
The
Grandville Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is a nine-member
body that was formed nearly 20 years ago. Its role is to facilitate
growth and development in downtown Grandville to ensure it continues
as a stable component of the Grandville community. Through tax
increment financing dollars the DDA invests in the downtown by
purchasing and selling property, developing and maintaining public
spaces such as parking areas, and providing assistance for business
owners to improve the appearance of their buildings.
The DDA meets the second Thursday of every month
at 8:00 AM in the Council Chambers.
