The Assessor’s Office is responsible for identifying and valuing all taxable property in the City of Grandville. Each year the Assessing Department annually revalues over 4,800 residential, commercial and industrial real parcels and calculates 1,300 personal property accounts. By state law, all property is required to be assessed at 50% of the true cash value as of December 31st. Assessing information can be accessed through an automated on-line system.
