NEW BUSINESS:

Parking Lot Expansion

Matthew Butts reviewed the plans to add 12 new parking spaces and a new curb cut on to Dixie.  The only issue with the site plan is the proposed curb cut does not meet city design standards of a 20’ turning radius.  Jeff Brinks from DCI Engineering, representing D&E Engineering, stated he would work with the City Engineer to ensure city standards are met.

Motion by Jack Bengston, supported by Steve Mass, to approve the site plan to expand the parking lot as presented with the condition of the City Engineer’s final approval on a revised 20’ radius as required. The motion passed unanimously.
